technique & inspection standard are from the cooperation
and technical transfer of American "Alloy Mfg. Co."&"Neapco
Inc.". We are also the OEM supplier for "Alloy
Mfg. Co."&"Neapco Inc.". We sell our
u-joints with our "CHB" and "KOYO LB"
brands to 70 countries in the world. Our u-joints have the
reputation of high quality in worldwide markets.
¡@Our material
for spider & bearing cap is SCM-415 Alloy Steel(Hardness
after heat treatment is HRC 58¢X-61¢X). Our material for needle
roller bearing is SUJ-2 High Carbon Steel(Hardness after
heat treatment is HRC 59¢X-63¢X). There is one patent cross
shape grease channel design (See below drawing) inside our
each bearing cap. If possible, we hope you can set up a
schedule to visit our company and factories in Taiwan. We
will show you our process of producing u-joints and inspection
standard, etc. That will let you understand and have more
confidence in our products.
¡@Our u-joints are applicable to Japanese,
European, American vehicles, agricultural machines, caterpillar
and excavator heavy equipments. We can also make products
in accordance with your samples. Meanwhile, the inspection
reports of our u-joints will be available for your reference
upon your request.
